How can I track my order?

Upon shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking information. These emails may end up in your “Spam” folder, so please be sure to add FootJoy to your trusted senders list.

You can check your order status at any time by visiting footjoy.com/status

Can I change my order after it has been submitted?

Unfortunately, our system does not permit changes to be made to an order after it has been placed.

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes after order submission, and you can do this yourself via the order status page.

If it has been more than 15 minutes since the order was submitted, we may still be able to modify or cancel the order so please give us a call at 800-224-8501 and we would be happy to assist as we can.

The item I purchased is now on sale, will you honor the new price?

If the price of an item changes within 30 days of the order date, FootJoy will honor the new price. To request a price adjustment please send us a message via the Contact Us form.

When will an item be restocked?
