Purchase and/or use of FootJoy gift cards constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions applicable to the Card. Card maybe used for purchases on www.footjoy.com. Purchase amounts will be deducted from the Card balance until it is $0.00. Card may not be returned, applied to previously purchased merchandise, or used to purchase another gift card or e-gift card. Card may not be exchanged for cash unless required by law. Protect this Card like cash because we are not responsible for use of your Card without your permission. If damaged, lost or stolen, Card can only be replaced with the original proof of purchase for the remaining balance in our records at the time the Card is reported. Resale of the Card is strictly prohibited and the Card funds are not transferable. Card has no expiration date. We will not honor a Card obtained by fraud. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long will it take for me to receive my gift card purchase?
If you ordered an E-gift card, the recipient should receive the card via email within 10 minutes of purchase.
If you ordered a physical gift card, it will be mailed to you via USPS from Minnesota. Unfortunately, we are not able to expedite shipping.
How are gift cards delivered and what does the recipient receive?
If you are sending a physical gift card, it will be shipped via USPS and should arrive within 7 business days. The gift card will be affixed inside a greeting card within a plain white envelope. The recipient's name, sender's name, a gift message and the Gift Card amount are printed inside the greeting card.
E-gift cards are emailed to the recipient within 10 minutes of your purchase. The email sent to the recipient includes a link to receive the e-gift card online. When the recipient opens the link, they will see the gift card number, pin, and amount.
Can I cancel my gift card purchase?
We’re sorry, but once a gift card is purchased, we are not able to cancel the order. Don’t worry, we have lots of exceptional golf products to purchase with your card.
Where can I redeem my E-Gift Card?
Gift cards may be redeemed on FootJoy.com. FootJoy.com Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are only accepted online and not in stores.
Are there limits to how I may redeem my Gift Card?
Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards. A maximum of 5 Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards may be applied to a single order.
Are there limits to how much I can add to a gift card?
Yes, each gift card is limited to a $500 value.

How can I redeem my gift card?
It is very easy to use your gift card as a payment. Simply add items to your shopping cart on www.footjoy.com and proceed through the checkout process. The gift card and pin# can be entered on the billing screen just above the credit card payment section.
How can I report my gift card as stolen?
To report your gift card as stolen, please contact Customer Care at 1-800-224-8501 or contact us. You will need to provide evidence of purchase in order to receive a replacement gift card for the remaining value on the Card.
Does my gift card expire?
No, the gift card balance never expires.
Can I add more funds to my gift card?
No, you will not be able to add more funds to an existing gift card. Once you have used up the card balance, it will not be usable again. You can always come back to www.footjoy.com to purchase another gift card.
What happens if I redeem my gift card and then return the item I purchased?
No problem. If you return an item that was paid for with a gift card, we will issue you a new gift card within 7 days of when we receive your return.
