At FootJoy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy for sale items is as follows:
- Return Window: You can return most sale items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition Requirements: We accept returns of unworn, unaltered merchandise with all labels and garment tags still attached.
- Refund Details: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, based on the sale price paid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Final Sale Items: Some items may be marked as "Final Sale." These items are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances. Final sale items are typically heavily discounted and will be clearly marked as such during the purchase process.
- Other Exclusions: Customized MyJoys products are also not eligible for returns.
We currently don't offer exchanges. For non-final sale items, if you need a different size or style, we recommend purchasing the new item and returning the unwanted one following this policy.
