We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise with all labels and garment tags attached within 30 days of original purchase date. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Only items purchased on FootJoy.com (USA) with valid and accompanying order information will be accepted for returns.
Please note: Shipments must be shipped from inside the United States in order to be eligible for the free return shipping. If you do not use the UPS shipping label provided, then mail the package using the label provided on the pack slip document. The package must be returned using an insured method. We are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries. Please note that FootJoy is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
