Jason Dufner returned to the winners circle this Sunday at the Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide. On a blustery Sunday, Dufner shot even par on the front nine to remain in the hunt of the title. On the closing nine, Dufner carded four birdies including a clutch par save on the final hole to win by two strokes.
Dufner stated post round, "I played really well today, I stuck in there. I felt really confident going into the back nine. I kinda got through the front nine and I felt like I have a chance to win this, let's be aggressive and I was proud I was able to do that."

Billy Horschel shot a final round one under par 69 to reach twelve under par for the week at the At&t Byron Nelson. The total was good enough to enter a two man sudden death playoff. On the first playoff hole Horschel made a routine 2-putt par. His playing competitor couldn't match the score making Horschel the champion.
Horschel relied on FJ ICON MyJoys and the StaSof golf glove en route to victory.
This is Horschel's fourth PGA Tour victory and first since winning the Tour Championship and Fedex Cup in 2014.
Fresh off a victory at the SBS Tournament of Champions, Justin Thomas continued his otherworldly play and opened the Sony Open in Hawaii with a record setting 59. Thomas became the 7th player in PGA Tour history to break 60 and the youngest player in PGA Tour history to do so.
Thomas continued his onslaught across the Hawaiian Islands in the second round with a six under par 64. His two day total of 123 is the lowest in PGA Tour history. In the third round Thomas shot a bogey free five under par 65 to take a seven stroke lead into the final round. Thomas cruised to the finish line with a four under par round to win by seven.
This is JT's third victory in his last five starts!

Justin Thomas won the SBS Tournament of Champions with a final round 69 to win by three over his closest pursuant. The round was highlighted by a brilliant birdie on 17th that extended his lead to three strokes.
Justin stated post round, "I felt like a proved a lot, it's a great start to the new year and hopefully a sign of good things to come." Justin also touched on his beloved alma mater, the Alabama Crimson Tide and their national title game tomorrow, stating simply, "halfway there..."
This is Justin's second win of the 2016-2017 PGA Tour season and third PGA Tour victory overall. The win also moves Justin to the twelfth spot on the Official World Golf Rankings, his highest position to date.

Henrik Stenson won the season long Race to Dubai title for the second time with a T9 at the DP World Tour Championship. Henrik elated at the accomplishment stated, “I'm very pleased to get my name on this trophy once again...It's been a great year, the best year of my career. I've always thought it was going to be hard to top 2013, but I think I've done that this year."
Stenson's year was highlighted by a legendary performance to win the Open Championship at Royal Troon. He also won the BMW International Open in Germany. Stenson added three top two performances to wrap up the season long race.

On the LPGA Tour, Ariya Jutanugarn won the season long Race to the CME Globe and Rolex Player of the Year awards. Former University of Alabama product, Justin Thomas successfully defended his CIMB Classic title at TPC Kuala Lumpur this weekend by erasing a four stroke deficit on the final day of competition! JT carded eight birdies and no bogeys en route to a final round of eight under par to win by three strokes over his nearest competitor.
This is JT's second PGA Tour victory, with both coming at the CIMB Classic.
“I think the main thing right now is that I just played really well this week. I feel like I would have played a lot of courses really well but this place obviously suits my eye, and I think the fact that there's a lot of wedges and scoring clubs bodes well for me,” said Thomas post round.

Jimmy Walker went wire-to-wire to win the PGA Championship by one shot over his closest pursuant. Walker made 9 straight pars to start his final round. On the tenth hole, Walker holed his greenside bunker shot for birdie. He added another birdie on the next hole to increase his lead. On the 600+ plus yard par-5 17th, Walker rolled in another birdie to reach 14-under par. Needing a par on the last Walker calmly hit the final green in regulation and two putted for the victory.
"Golf is not an easy game...sometimes pars are hard, but we got it." Said Walker post round, "there was a ton of support from the crowd and the fans and it was a battle all day."
This is Jimmy's first major championship and 6th PGA Tour Title.

On the LPGA Tour Ariya Jutanugarn captured his first major title in the Ricoh Women's British Open. Jutanugarn posted16-under par, three clear of her closest competitors.
This is Ariya's fourth LPGA Tour victory of the 2016 season.
Jutanugarn is the first Thai player to win one of golf’s major championships.

Henrik Stenson captured the 2016 Open Championship with a final round of 63 to win by three.
Stenson began the final round with a one shot lead over his closest pursuant. Stenson attacked the wind blown Scottish links and made ten birdies in the final round. His final score of 20 under par is an Open Championship record.
This is Henrik's first major championship and the first Swedish born male major champion. Stenson's four day total of 264 total is also the lowest total by a major winner in history.
"I just hit my spots and hit my shots and just stayed in the moment... " said Stenson post round.
Jason Dufner outlasted fellow FJ Staffer David Lingmerth in a playoff to take home the CareerBuilder Challenge. Both players finished the tournament at 25 under par, four clear of their closest pursuers.
After trading pars on the first payoff hole, Dufner took home the win with a par on the second hole of sudden death.
Dufner relied on FJ ICON MyJoys Shield Tips en route to the victory.
Dufner said of his win post round, "This is the best tour in the world, for me to win this week I feel like I was one of the best players in the world...it is not easy, but it feels good when you do it."
This is Dufner's fourth PGA Tour Victory. The win also earns Dufner invaluable Ryder Cup points.

David Lingmerth won the Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide with a par on the third sudden death playoff hole.
Entering the final round three strokes behind the 54-hole lead, Lingmerth shot a final round three under par 69 to enter a two man playoff. Both players split with pars on the first two playoff holes. On the third and final playoff hole Lingmerth split the fairway with his tee shot and his approach shot came to rest 30 feet behind the pin. A routine two putt sealed the victory.

Hometown favorite, Jimmy Walker cruised to a four stroke victory at the Valero Texas Open. Leading by four entering the final round, Walker remained steady on the difficult windswept TPC San Antonio golf course and shot even par over his first nine. The former Baylor Bear added second nine birdies at 16 and 17 to remain at the top of the leaderboard. A routine par at the last locked up the victory.

Bill Haas captured the 2015 Humana Challenge in partnership with the Clinton Foundation thanks to a final round of five under par 67 to win by one stroke. In a five way tie for the lead on the 16th hole, Haas holed a 20 footer for birdie to jump into the top spot. Two pars on the final holes slammed the door on his competitors making Haas a two time Humana Challenge winner.
