RETURN POLICY

Holiday Extended Return Policy: Items* purchased on footjoy.com will be eligible for return through January 31, 2017. Order placed date must be between November 1, 2016 and December 22, 2016 to be eligible. *MyJoys excluded


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) from FootJoy, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise with all labels and garment tags attached within 30 days of original purchase date. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Only items purchased on FootJoy.com (USA) with valid and accompanying order information will be accepted for returns.

Instructions

  1. Complete the form included with your order, indicating the items being returned and the reason for each returned item.
  2. If using your original shipping box for packaging your return, please remove any shipping labels. Securely attach the pre-paid free return label to the outside of your box. Please note the tracking number so you have it for reference to track your return. Please do not use your shoebox as the shipping box when returning footwear.
  3. You may track your return at www.ups.com using the tracking number from the pre-paid label.
  4. Please allow 14 business days for the receipt and processing of your return. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been completed.

Please note: Shipments must be shipped from inside the United States in order to be eligible for the free return shipping. If you do not use the UPS shipping label provided, then mail the package using the label provided on the pack slip document. The package must be returned using an insured method. We are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries. Please note that FootJoy is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.

Should you misplace your pre-paid UPS return label, please contact customer service.

Exchanges

We are sorry but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. You may return a product within 30 days of original purchase date. Please see our Return Policy above.

Customized Products

MyJoys are made just for you. All sales of custom products are final, customized products may not be returned.
