This is the best shoe I have ever bought from FootJoy. It's more of an athletic type of shoe, but it doesn't look too much like a sneaker. I can walk a round and never have to worry about tired feet when I'm done. I love the flex and how it works with the foot; and the weight is perfect. Can't really speak to durability yet since I have only had them a couple months, but if these hold up over the next four or five months I will be back on the FJ train.

I got very wet toes the first time I wore them. And agin two days later. These were dry days and the only wet was the dew in the semi rough. Sadly I had the shoes for about a year before I wore them so Footjoy refused to honour the year's waterproof warranty

FootJoy has Changed their Shoe Sizes

    Comments about HYPERFLEX II:

I have worn Footjoy golf shoes for many years. My latest pair was a size 7 1/2 wide Contour. Loved them. Wore then for many years - perhaps too many. I have tried to replace them with either Footjoy Countour (latest model), Hyperflex or Freestyle shoes. The new style of shoes do not fit. They are too long. I have tried sizes 7 1/2 and 7 in wide and extra wide and they all are too long. All had to be sent back to Footjoy. The new styles have a narrower and longer toe box. Sorry to say I have had to switch to New Balance golf shoes size 7 wide. The toe box fits my foot like my old Contours.

        Comments about HYPERFLEX II:

I love all things Foot Joy. I own 7 pairs and it's all I wear anymore. I saw the camo pattern and loved them. I had to jave them, but I'm not into the white soles. In my opinion the designer should have gone with a khaki colored sole. It stands out from the shoe too much. Had to take mine to a custom shoe store to have the white soles air brushed. (An added expense though, which wasn't ideal...) Now they're perfect! No Mission Too Difficult. No sacrifice too great. Duty First!
