Greeting from a very busy Wentworth.
The European Tour has come home this week to Wentworth for the BMW PGA Championship, one of the most prestigious tournaments of the year. An extremely strong field has gathered to contest the European Tour's flagship strokeplay event around the newly remodelled West Course at Wentworth. Six of the World's top-10 will tee it up this week which give us a great opportunity to catch up with some players who are not always regulars on the European Tour. FJ Pure Touch glove wearers Rory McIlroy and Ross Fisher popped in to see us this week. They needed a couple of new gloves to keep them going for the next few weeks.
We have experienced some strange weather this week, hot sun one minute followed by cold rain. With is saif, FJ Outerwear was in high demand. Soren Hansen, Scott Strange and Noh Seung-yul all came on board the Titleist Tour Support Vehicle to collect their rain wear for the season. All three players commented on how comfortable they found the jackets and also how quiet they were, both improtant attributes which help a players performance.
