Make sure you are logged in to FJ Community. When you are logged in, the "reply" button will appear on the bottom of the forum comments, as well as the comment box at the bottom of the page. Click "reply" to submit your comment for moderation.
Using the "Quote" button at the bottom of the person's post will quote their comment in your reply.

If you have a question that you think might have been asked before, you can use the search feature in the top right corner of the page to search past discussions by keyword. If you can't find your answer, feel free to post it to the Discussions. The FJ Community is very welcoming and helpful to newcomers!
If you are posting about a specific topic or FootJoy product, select the appropriate category. Any topics that do not fall under one of the categories may be posted in the General discussion forum.
Once you have posted a discussion to the forums, there is no way to change the category. If you think you have posted to the wrong category, don't worry. All the discussion forums are moderated by FJ Staff.
Once you have submitted a comment for moderation, there is no way to delete it. If you want a comment you submitted to be deleted, you can contact FJ Community Support for assistance.
To tag your discussion posts, use the rich text link to compose your post. At the bottom of the rich text page there will be a field to attach tags to your post. You can tag the post with your own keywords by separating each tag with a comma, or you can use the "Select Tags" feature, and choose from previously used tags.
Once you post your comment, it will be submitted for moderation by an FJ moderator. Once your post is approved, it will appear in the discussion. You will also receive an automatic email notification when your post is approved.
At the top of the discussion thread page, there will be a "Subscribe to this thread" link. Clicking this link will enable email notifications whenever there is a new comment on the thread.
If you have subscribed to a thread, there will be an "Unsubscribe from this thread" link in the same location that the "Subscribe to this thread" link was in on the discussion page.
There is no way to delete a blog comment once you have submitted it for moderation. If you need a comment you posted to be deleted, you can contact FJ Community Support for assistance.
Once you post your comment it will be submitted for moderation by an FJ moderator. Once your comment is approved, it will appear on the blog page.
Go to your Profile on FootJoy and fill out all fields that display the blue star icon. Once all of the fields are completed, you will be awarded 200 points!

The badge is a reflection of the number of points you have earned through your interactions on the FJ Community. The levels you can reach are displayed below.
If you would like to cancel the pending friend request, you can use the button on the user’s profile page. You can also go to the "Your Requests" tab on the Friends page of your Profile, and use the "Cancel request" button.
You will receive a notification when you have a pending friend request, which you can accept or deny by going to the "Requests to review" tab on the Friends page of your profile.
You can choose to deny the friend request, or you can choose to accept it and make a new friend. Your friends on the FJ Community will not be able to access any of your information beyond what is displayed on your public profile.
You can remove a friend by going to the Friends tab of the Friends page of your profile, and clicking the "Remove as Friend" button next to the user you wish to remove.
A private message is a conversation you can start which will only be seen by you and one or more other users on the FJ Community. The only people who will be able to read and respond to the message are the ones you choose to send it to.
There are several ways that you can send a private message:
You will receive an automated email notification when someone sends you a private message. Within the FJ Community, the private message notification will appear as a red bubble above the "Private Messages" link on the top of the page, showing the number of unread messages you have. There will also be a new Messages notification that appears in your User Badge on the homepage, to the right of your Avatar.
You can read your private messages on the Messages page of your Profile.
You can delete private messages by going to the Messages tab on your Profile. The delete button will be on the right side of the page.
To submit a review of an FJ product, go to the product page on FootJoy.com, and click the "Write a review" link that can be found on the right side of the page. After your review is submitted for moderation, you will receive 20 points each for your first 5 reviews!

The Ambassadors Only link should appear in your navigation as soon as you level up. If it is not appearing, try logging out and logging back in again. If the link still does not show up, please contact FJ Community Support.

In times of high traffic, it is sometimes necessary for FJ Staff to turn off email notifications on the FJ Community. They are usually reactivated within a few days. If the problem persists, please contact FJ Community Support.
Once you post your comment it will be submitted for approval by an FJ moderator. When the comment is approved you will receive an email notification that it has been posted to the forum.
Use the "Reset Password" function on the Sign in page, and a new password will be sent to you.

Some people choose to add smileys and emoticons to their posts to express themselves and make jokes. While FJ Community does not prevent the use of emoticons, there is no ability to add an emoticon from within the rich text editor. If you wish to insert an emoticon in your post, you will have to copy and paste it from elsewhere. FJ also asks that the use of emoticons be kept within reasonable limits. The over-use of emoticons may result in a post not passing moderation.
