I didn't notice they are available in Europe. Right?
Not 100% sure, but assuming they are if they are available here in the U.S.
In Europe I am not certain but they will be available here in the US.
I'm interested in this as well...might be investing in a pair when they become available (haven't seen them anywhere yet).

No, I have no idea, there is no description anywhere for it that I have seen.
I just assume that they probably help with sweat/moisture and just overall control.

I haven't tried the FJ version, but have the Under Armour. They are great for walking in the heat of summer as they prevent chafing of the inner thigh. My thighs aren't as big as they were when I played linebacker in college, but they still take a beating in summer. If I can find the FJ version, I will try them out.
