Okay the obvious is what will be offered and in what colors? The next is will the fit be the same as the performance sweaters? Those are some of the best fitting sweaters I have tried on. Looking forward to these!

It would be tough for me to see a merino sweater with a liner in it. One would roast like a pig if that were the case. I am sure FJ will have some neutral colors or something for an array of outfits. Good thought to ponder, nonetheless.

I own 2 and I will probably get a couple of more. The sweater along with the Footjoy base layer and the FJ performance mock I was comfortable in the low 40's high 30's

Hmm,

Maybe there will be a "lighter" sweater for the heat absorbing colors? If the fit is good, I hope it is the same! I am hoping to get a customized performance sweater (if possible) very soon.

it's not too bad.  Little warmer than a pullover windbreaker.  Perfect in my neck of the woods!

I'm pleasantly surprised with the fit and finish of the sweater.  I've looked at them but now that I'm in market and getting a Napa one soon I wanted to try it on and make sure sizing is right.

A merino with a liner is what the performance sweater is. I wondered the same thing about roasting, but my Napa Valley Performance Sweater works like a charm. It's designed for cool conditions and the liner breathes so it does not get moist underneath it. I don't know if I would wear it if the temps. were over 60 to 65 degrees, but cooler than that it's great.

My guess is embroidered with a logo (club or sports team etc)

bholley, I love the performance version and can't wait to get my Napa one (like Don's above).  But I'm way excited to get the un-lined merino ones that are coming out with the Fall line.

Looks like vests and sweaters according to the press release.

Looks great golferdrmjr!  I love my performance sweater, but it's really warm.  I would love something that's as good looking as the performance sweater but not as warm.  Hopefully the merino will do the trick.

The key is proper layering. I'm onlyn"too warm" if I have a base layerin with the Performance Sweater in over 60 degrees. With a lisle shirt it's very comfy indeed.

Devin, will be this sweater available in Europe?

Agreed Randy, layering is the key. I love mine, the only thing that would make it better would be time to wear it... Work has been WFO!
