What kind of headcovers do you have in your bag?

The original manufacturers headcovers, fuzzy animals, college mascots, old school knit style?

Your golf bag is an outlet for your personality, what do you want your clubs to say about yourself?

Right now, as my picture may tell, I have my Gopher from Caddy Shack on my driver. He also doubles to hold my hat occasionally during the round,

My other clubs currently have the manufacturer covers but I likely will add some KU Jayhawk covers for my hybrids when I find some that I like. Tough to find a good personalized cover for my Ping Craze so I will have to wait until I move to a Scotty for a personalized putter cover.

here are mone:

Driver has the original cover

Putter has the white/red Cameron Maple Leaf Cover (love this one!)

Hybrid has the Club Cameron Hybrid cover

3-wood has a Darth Vader Headcover given to me by my buddies, the club does make me go to the dark side once in awhile!

I have knitted, old style headcovers on the woods (fantasticknits.com).  Bettinardi cover on the putter.  Of course, all are some version of Orange and Maroon.

Rattlesnake on the driver (it actually rattles), company headcovers on the 3 wood, hybrid, and putters. My wife has a frog on a tabasco bottle on her driver and an alligator on her 3 wood, my oldest son had a monkey butt on his driver, and my youngest has an M & M on his

I usually carry a hot pink/black/white Titleist bag and found a pink/white Odyssey Island Breeze cover (and grip) for my putter. Black/pink argyle cover for one hybrid, black/lime green old school knit pom-pon on the other. Manfacturer's covers for driver and fairway woods, nothing on the irons. My taste doesn't run to the animal heads, though they are cute.

By the way, who among us uses those iron covers? I've only had the Titleist bag for this season -- my big bag has 14 dividers, so it kept clubs from clanking. Thoughts?

I have the manufacturer covers on clubs that came with them, and generic black ones on everything else. I like the clean look. The novelty ones just aren't my style.

OK...big surprise here:

I have a UNC Tar Heels Ram for my driver. Really, did you expect anything less?

3 and 5 woods have Taylor Made "accessory" covers (black-Grey) to match my bag

3 hybrid has a Scotty Cameron. 4 hybrid has a Taylor Made cover to match 3-5 woods.

Putter covers vary, as I rotate among my Scotty Cameron's. Currently using the 2008 Ryder Cup one. But I also change depending on what I'm wearing.

I have been looking at www.rockettour.com for some knit covers. They have some black with light blue stripes that looked quite nice (seriously, you're surprised at this?) and would match all my stuff.

I never use the covers that come with the club. Usually try to get a discount if I don't take them.

I use the Callaway Golf iron covers (match my bag). But I put them on only when my bag is in the trunk, removing them when I get to the course. They really do keep your clubs from getting dinged up, especially since mine are in the car all the time.

I have a gorilla on the driver and cameron club covers on the hybrid and putter.  OU Sooner cover on 3 wood.

I have iron covers on my new AP2's.  I take em off every shot and clean my club before putting it back on.

By the way, if you do use the iron covers (mine are travel only), make sure that your clubs are thoroughly wiped off and dry. The neoprene that most of those are made of will trap any moisture in and cause rust spots

Driver has original cover on it but the 3 wood and hybrid have rocket tour head covers.    The rocket tour I had for the driver ripped up because of the size of the head, I wouldn't recommend it.

I do not use iron covers.  I don't care if they get little dings or bag wear.  I mean, I'm hitting a ball and the earth every time I use them, I don't think a little bag chatter is going to ruin them! lol

To answer my own question.

I am very happy with my headcovers.

I have a black Scotty Cameron pinflag headcover on my hybrid.

2010 Club Cameron cover on my 3 wood.

I have the Titleist 909 Headcover on my Driver.

And currently am gaming a new red dancing Junk Yard Dog putter cover from SC.

I love the old school knit look. I had a Jan Craig Pom Pom Knit Headcover throughout the last 6 years but stretched out and had to be replaced. Looking at Travis Headcovers right now. They use a bit of spandex so as to not stretch out.

Love hearing about everyones personalization in their bag. Keep it coming.

Original head covers in this guys bag. I tried using iron covers and in he colder weather they started to get stiff and finally tore. Now they just play naked (irons that is) and the putter and woods are covered.
