Does anyone use any magnetic, ionic, type bracelet or necklace? I bought a TrionZ bracelet and I did notice a difference at first, but the effect wore off fairly quickly and Im still not sure if it was just psychological or it really helped my arthritis and blood flow.

I have the Trion Z bracelet. I am not sure if it is psychosomatic or actually helps but I do feel less pain when playing. Since I have had knee surgery, a broken ankle and epidural shots for bulging discs over the last three seasons, I'll take whatever I can! It has seemed to help though. Just like those prize nuggets of advice we get either here or in the magazines or on TV. Anything that will make my game better or more enjoyable/less painful is definately a welcome addition.

I've worn the trion Z bracelet for a while now. It does seem to help me as I've had a lot of trouble in the past with my wrists and hands.

I'm glad you brought this up.

I have been wondering for a long time what the bracelets were about and if they even do anything.  I may have to invest in a pair.  One for the misses and one for me.

I wear a Sabona when I play -- not sure that it makes any difference, but hey, if there's a chance it helps, why not? Just bought a Callaway Ion bracelet to try this year.

I do not use anything like that.  Not a huge believer in that sort of thing.  It may help you though, your mind is the strongest asset so if you think it's helping, it probably is!

I HAVE USED THE TRION Z AND IT SEEMED TO HELP.  BETTER YET, TRY NAPROXIN, 500 MG EVERY 12 HOURS.  YOU CAN GET 250 MG TABS OVER THE COUNTER AT THE DRUG STORE.

I wear one and like it whether it works or not I can't say for sure.

My stomach cant handle naproxin, every surgeon Ive had has tried to prescibe it for me. I do have some left over Vicodin from my last surgery, if it gets that bad (which it does on rare occasions)

Skelaxin, Ibuprophen, and Codeine also work. Sometimes it takes a combination to keep me going. Erik, enjoy it while you're young!

Used the Sabona for a couple years, but the thing turned my wrist green in the summer. I switched to the TrionZ last year and got a few of them in different colors.... Have a UNC Tar Heel one (duh) and a Red/Black one. Just picked up a navy one as well, with the intention of swaping them out based on what I'm wearing.

Do I think they work? Who knows. But as Eric says, in my mind it feels likes they do.

i have a trion z, but i don't wear it religiously like you're supposed to. now a long time ago i sold the qrays. i haven't seen them in a while, but they were magnetic and didn't turn your arm green like sabona. but i worked with some guys that had neck and back surgeries and they loved them. so maybe there is something to it.

not sure if you're interested but i use a q-link prototype that i carry around everyday in my pocket. i think it helps. i have felt more poised since i started.

Ive looked at the Qlink necklaces that look like guitar picks, but they are a bit pricey for something Im not sure will work.

I have several of the trion z bracelets and like others have said at first I thought they were doing something but for some reason I just stopped wearing them.   I bought several and gave a few to a lady  that works with me.   She said that her joints were feeling alot better and she gave her mother one and she felt so much better.   I don't know if it's all in my head but others claim they felt better after wearing them.
