Yes, has a lot of training aids. Some of them are pretty good.

David Leadbetter? Sure, he's a very famous golf coach and works with many professionals. Currently has Michele Wie as a student, and has for many years. He has a scholl down in Orlando at Championsgate Resort as well, so save your pennies and perhaps take a trip down there.
He's also affiliated with Callaway Golf and Jos. A Bank clothes. Gets around a good bit.

No, for this thread I was not kidding. I actually saw an instructional video with his name on it and was curious as to who he was.

He's a top 5 instructor who has his base of operations in Florida. He has a highly respected school for junior golfers that has produced quite a few good players.
He is a very well known and respected teacher of the game. If you could book a lesson with him, it would cost you near $1000 for a 40 minutes lesson. He is generally regarded as one of the best in the world. My only comment would be that he will try to give everyone that he instructs the same golf swing. This is not a totally practical thing to do. A 16 year old boy and a 40 year old woman just can't swing at the ball the same way.
That being said, he really only works with very accomplished players nowadays and there is no taking away from the success of his students.
pablo, i have seen his instructional videos. he also does one minute lessons during tourney broadcasts, or at least he used to. check out hank haney and butch harmon as well. all three are golf's elite teaching pros.
If you are looking for some of his training aids just go online to Golf Galaxy, Edwin Watts, PGA Superstore, etc, etc, etc and you will find all of his videos and training aids. Good stuff & I have seen some of the video's
My wife picked a video up for me. I have watched about 6 minutes of it and have discovered that I have been holding my clubs wrong. So now I have to go out and see if taking his ïnstruction" into consideration and see if that make a difference.
I can use my sticks to see if I keep on plane as well.
Yup.... how he wears his pants just freaks me out. Those shoes he wears look like othropedics or ones a lunchlady in school would love!
Keep your eyes open for videos by Hank Haney, David Leadbetter or Butch Harmon, they are all some of the best instructors in the world.
Generally for a starter, your local pro would be a more than adequate start.
If you have NetFlix do a search for golf and you will find several instruction videos
