Anyone else hear about this?
That is the speculation.
According to TGC he was seen with his coach putting around. Apparently his club is a participant.
I KNOW I AM IN THE MINORITY HERE BUY I DON'T KNOW AND DON'T CARE. I AM ENJOYING LIFE WITHOUT TIGER.
SOUNDS HEARTLESS BUT IT IS THE WAY I FEEL. I RESPECT HIS ABILITY AND TALENT BUT THAT'S ALL.
I don't think you are in the minority.
I am tired of hearing all the garbage that surrounds him. I would like to see him either go forward or get out completely so that we no longer have to hear anymore rumors or speculation. To tell the truth I am waiting to hear the news talk about him going to BJ's and while paying for his items passed gas. It has gone far beyond the realm of rediculous.
I don't know. I never watched the game while he played. Listening to the commentators it seems as if everyone has stepped up there game since he hasn't been around.
I want him to be back just like a lot of people...but I also don't want to speculate all day about where and when it will be. He knows already I'm sure and doesn't want to share it with everyone else. So, might as well just wait for it to be announced because I have heard many rumors like this already.
i can understand why everyone is sick of hearing about his personal life, as i am as well. but the sooner he gets to playing golf, i think people will stop talking about that stuff. i like him as a golfer. i hope he comes back strong and wins at augusta.
He wouldn't bring Hank to Isleworth for practice sessions if he wasn't planning on something soon. Mark O'Mera said he "wouldn't be surprised" to see Tiger on his Tavistock team. I don't think Mark would make a statement like that if he didn't have a little insider information.
I look forward to it either way. I would like him to return to competition and get some sense of normalcy back in his life.
All indications seem to point to this as the logical possibility.
The Tavistock Cup would be a great place for him to come back since it's just a competition between the two clubs and there aren't many spectators -- but that's been in years past. I honestly don't know if the spectators have all been club members or if the public can buy tickets to the event. You can bet if the public has access, it will bring out a crowd.
ABC SAYS TODAY (3/12) HE WILL RETURN FOR THE MASTERS.
According to Arnold Palmer he is going to be back at Tavistock, then play at Bay Hill and then the Masters.
According to SportsCenter he hired some dude whose job it is to help people deal with the media after they have problems or some unfrotunate situations arise.
Working with Hank and the couseling dude to help him with media are both signs Tiger is looking to be back soon, very soon.
Tavistock cup is a very controlled environment. I don't think many people outside membership are allowed in unless they come with a member. Isleworth could even control what media companies come in if the "main man" so wishes and plays.
You would think he would participate in one or two tournaments before he shows up at the Masters.
He has either been playing and warming up for this or he just wants to go out and try to stick it to everyone. Either way I think it will be one of the most watched events in the sport in a long time.
I'm hearing that he'll be back for Bay Hill as a tune up for Augusta.
