It has just been a sensational final round of golf from the young man today and at 17 years of age, this is a superstar in the making and has become the youngest player to win on the European Tour.

Within 2 years from winning the British Amateur in 2009, Lowest Amateur in the British Open (Silver Medal) at Turnberry and Lowest Amateur at the Masters (Gold Medal) and in only his 5th start as a professional his has been able to finish on top of the leaderboard at -16, winning by 4 shots in the Castello Masters in Valencia. This is surely the best accomplishment so far in his golfing life.

Congratulations Manny on such a fine performance and being such a fine brand ambassador for Titleist and Ralph Lauren Polo Golf.

This is the huge benefit of being on the European Tour at a young age. It gives you the confidence that you can win and make a great living playing the game.

It is so difficult to win golf tournaments in the US and usually the money is nowhere near what one needs to continue the dream. This keeps the skill level high and competitive.

Great win for a Titleist player.

I met this yound man at the 2009 Open at Turnberry. A very polite young man and quite a good player. It was only a matter of time before he broke through and won.
