Just to give you a timeline on the pair of MyJoy ICONs that I have ordered.

  • Placed order through our commercial account on 6 October
  • Order was quoted to ship 5 November
  • Order now shows SHIPPED (15 October)
  • Expected delivery is 22 October by 10:30 AM

Pretty good turn-around time for a pair of custom shoes!!!!

I will update this when the shoes actually arrive.

UPDATE: Shipment shows arrived in Newark NJ. I still can't believe how fast FJ is able to make a custom pair of shoes and get them shipped from the factory!

UPDATE 2: The experience gets even better....This pair of shoes was delivered this morning! A full 3 days ahead of the FEDEX quoted delivery date. When I get home I will post pictures.

They did speed it along nicely.  Would have stunk to have to wait a month before you get the shoes!  Definitely give us an update, maybe some pics of the finished product "live".

Would also like to see the new shoes. Amazing how fast turnaround can be when you order. Fj told me something similar when I ordered my DryJoys and it was only a two week wait instead of six.

My ICON MyJoys have arrived, and 3 days sooner than FEDEX thought they would.

All I can say is the MyJoy program works extreamly well, from the day I placed my order to the day the shoes arrived was a total of 13 days! That is unbelievable!

Just a couple of pictures.....

Notice the MyJoys label in the footbed (Mike, sorry if that is not the correct term).

Hope I'm as lucky -  placed an order for two pair on Friday through facility where I play.

Was given a four week delivery.

Maybe I'll see them in two weeks.  Will be interesting to track & see if the tag on inside says

"MyJoy"

I think they look very sharp.  Great looking shoe, looks like it has a hint of orange or maybe its the lighting.  Either way, very nice.

19th, those are AWESOME!  Thanks for posting the pictures too - I think it gives a little better feel of what the colors look like....or maybe I've just been clicking swatches online too long....

I have been warned by the boss(wife) to not order any yet. It is about the only thing she knows I want, and she will get my first pair for x-mas.   Now I'm like a kid again trying to find out what she is ordering.

19 -

Glad everything worked out.  That FJ ICON asymmetrical pattern is killer.

Make sure to take a shot the first time you game them.

Regards,

ML

PS, "footbed" is certainly a perfectly acceptable term.  FJ has had the term "Fit-Bed" trademarked for quite some time, but they are interchangeable.

Thanks FieldsyUK -  I hoping that the next ordering of ICON will allow for just the cap toe piece to be a different color.  So you could do a All white shoe with any color cap.

We've been seeing quite a few of those "accent only" coloring.  I really like these, very retro.

We will continue (for this style anyway) to link the shield tip with the backstay as the "accent".
