It has been a while since I posted a picture of a new course. I was fortunate enough to play at the Kittansett Country Club again this year in a member- guest. It is one of the most stunning courses I have ever played on. I would say it is one of the top three on my list. The views are beautiful and the grounds are spectatular.

Here is a shot of the club house and a picture off the Cape Cod bay.

This is indeed one of the iconic gems in golf course design. Truly playable and features one of the cooler par 3s in all of golf, a hole that plays across a beach front that at high tide plays over water and low tide is one big sand trap!

The course is situated in the beautiful town of Marion on the western shore of Buzzards Bay....Boston Buzza, you are right on the mark tabbing this great course as a delightful and memorable round of golf...!

I'm with you Pete! This is a classic seaside course and the par 3 Third Hole is a gem! Funny story, we got to the 17th and the wind was howling in our face - I thought that was tough until we stood on #18 tee. Had to start my shot at the ocean on the right (across the road) and the wind blew it all the way back into the rough on the left side of the hole. Absolutely amazing!

This is the par 3 you speak off! Great hole, I have never played it with the tide up. Maybe next time...
