Has anyone made it out to Streamsong outside Tampa in Florida yet? Any thoughts/feedback?

Way too much money for the location. A number of other good tracks in the area for less than half the price.
The architecture crowd is ga-ga over Streamsong. There are some great threads on another site that I'm glad to share via pm.

i read about it and heard it was nice. but also that it was a bit pricey.
Matt G was just there and said it was a great couple of tracks, he tweeted that it was two of the best courses this time of year in FL
I now take everything that Matt G says or writes with a very large grain of salt. Has anyone ever seen the "article" he was to do about our first outing???
