Hello, I will be traveling from the Atlanta Airport to Chattanooga TN at the end of October...it looks like I'll be on HWY 75. Can anyone recommend some nice public courses along that way?

I'd love to help you out, but it's been too long since I lived and golfed in the atlanta area. I do know that the Canongate family of courses are usually in excellent condition, if you can arrange to get on them. There are two of them northwest of Atlanta near I-75. Good luck finding some good golf on your route.

The only 2 places I have played in Atlanta are the TPC Sugarloaf (private) and The Frog. I don't think I would consider these as "on the way" for you. So sorry.

But I did get a chance to stay at the Chattanooga Choo Choo Hotel once! While it's a bit quirky I would recommend it!
