Bruce.  That is the most unlikely story I have ever heard.  I don't believe a word of it.  The pro was probably moving you away from other groups who were complaining about the wise cracks you were shouting at the groups ahead of you.  Your reputation preceded you there so the pro was looking out for all the other golfers on the course!!!!!!!!!    LOL

Happy you had a good experience. Which of the courses did you prefer? I have always enjoyed the International a bit more than the National myself.

I agree on the International however on the National Course the par 3 with the island shaped like a shark is a pretty cool hole. They both were in great shape and the people as mentioned could not have been better

I played the international this past july. the greens rolled great but looked terrible. overall great layout though
