Here's a photo of my latest pair of shoes -  currently on display in my local course as a sample.  Already been 3 pairs ordered.

Haven't had a chance to change out the spikes to an orange verison - (that will happen when they come home).

 

Got to hand it to you Bobby...you put together some great looking shoe combinations...I like this one a lot!!!!

When will you be removing these from a display model to your current shoe line?

Nice looking spikes Bobby, I would like to get a new pair of two for the FJI if I am blessed enough to go again this year. I would have to match with the short colors though so I will till we get some more info.

Try to play as much golf as I can -  always rotate my shoes -  normally wear 1 pair once every two months.  Trying really hard to get my ICON count up to 62 -  at some point I'll start trying to get rid of some of the classics.

(Oh yeah .. how many different colours of spikes are there .. and where do you get them / who makes them).

I have a friend who helped me get the Orange ones (I also have some Caroline Blue ones for a pair of shoes) -  pink ones is a couple of pink shoes.

I've got a Maroon Wave, solid Maroon Shield, and Maroon and White Shield.    This was my first Orange and Maroon pair of ICONS.

I had a pair of White/Orange/Maroon Dryjoys a few years back.

I have White/Maroon - White/Orange - Brown/Orange - Black/Maroon Spikeless Saddle ICON versions (these are logoed with the VT). 

In Orange I have Orange/White ICON wave.   There is also a pair of White/Orange Classics.

Who knows -  I may have missed a couple of pair.

Fred, thanks for saving me the time for provided those Virginia Tech facts.  We are getting closer everyday to getting one of the titles. 

Got the 5th in these years NCAA track/field events.  Wrestling is becoming really good east coast team.

The campus is very pretty tucked away in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountain.

Most buildings feature a local limestone (called HOKIE Stone) - which give the campus a unique look.

If I make the FJI cut - will bring them with me.   Will probably keep them at the Course through most of football season.  If I can get 20 other orders my pro is willing to order me a another pair of ICONs at no charge (nice deal)  -  four pair have already been ordered and no really large HOKIE gatherings yet.

You're not forgotten -  need to work on some more Orange and then Maroon.

Just got a pair of Red/Gray/White stock pyramids ordered today.

Let's hope we do make the cut -  but from what I'm ready may not be shorts (could be a little cooler).  

Have a friend in Europe traveling - I've gave her a list of FJ items to bring back if she finds them.

You're welcome Bobby - I've been to the VT campus a couple of times and it is a pretty place and, it's been good to watch VT's rise in prominence (both academically and athletically) and promise not to rib y'all too much about winning the bass fishing title.

Now, in the fight song, what's with the line: Sola-Rex, Sola-Rah? Are y'all calling up dinosaurs?

All kind of animals tend to show-up after that fight song.

Somewhere burried deep in the community there is a picture of a box of CHAMP spikes - showing about 8 different colors.
