My ability to close the metal lace on my shoes has come to a screeching halt. Not sure if metal wire is stuck or the knob has malfunctioned.
Any ideas on freeing this up?
I have not contacted footjoy yet to see if they can replace shoes

Email FJConsumer@acushnetgolf.com with your issue and they will take care of you. The Boa System carries a lifetime warranty so they will either fix it or replace the shoes depending on how old they are.
