Does anyone know where or how to have shoe beds formed to your feet?

Nary a clue. But begs this question, why? If you just want a more cushiony and custom foot bed, go try the Dr Scholls products. You stand on that foot measuring device and it tells you what insole to buy based on your arches and other measurements. That might be what you need.

I've found with snowboard boots, taking the liner and having it formed properly (this includes the beds) helps far more than the custom products out there.

Now we're talking golf shoes vs snowboard boots so it's not necessarily the same thing, but just from that experience I'd initially prefer to get the beds formed.

Realistically I should try both options and see which works better though!
