Love the airflow, just not sure about the grip and a real pain in the bunkers!!!

Seriously, not really my thing but can see the attraction for those that way inclined.

Oh ... and congrats on the first post/pic for 2013.

Randy and Tim - as an owner of the sandals, I have to say that I too was very skeptical of them until I tried them.  Extremely comfortable and cool.  I have used them on the range and at the course on very warm days.  Dallin - they are no replacement for a traditional show style, but you will like them.  

I would highly recommend that FJ look to a spikeless version of the sandals.  Remember - they are part of the GreenJoy line.

The only time that I had a complaint is one morning this summer I was 1st off at the course and was chasing the grounds crew.  I did get some wet grass clippings that would kick up and onto the top of the sandal.  The socks got wet and it was a bit "uncomfortable".  I took the socks off and was fine after that.  

I can't imagine wearing socks with sandals anyway. Not that I would ever wear golf sandals. :-)

Let me clarify that I DID NOT GET THEM TO PLAY GOLF in. I'm going to remove the spikes and use them as a summer sandal.  I don't think it is appropriate to play golf in sandals. BTW, they are very comfortable.

Good gracious, I didn't think I would start a firestorm by posting a picture of a FJ product on a FJ website. You would think that I posted a picture of the competitions footwear or something.

Agreed.  I think once the new shoes start rolling in for the FJC members, we should start a new thread.

Dallin you should know by now that this constituency has many style opinions and are not shy of making them known, that being said happy birthday, but agree with TH and TT

Sorry for the bad lighting, but we all know what they look like.  These just came in tonight.  Can't wait to wear them tomorrow! 

I like them for post round walking around(only) and letting tootsies breath!
