Anything combining Jimenez, Olazabal, and Colsaerts is going to be dynamic.

Thoughts on the Euro Ryder Cup Team?

Welcome T-girl. You must be a new staffer coming on board.

The Euros are always a wild bunch. McDowell? Donald? Poulter? Segio?

This squad has lots of potential, and under the wise hand of Olazabal and Jimenez they will be formidable...

    But the USA still wins.

Randy, let me disagree. Europe again. :-)

    Thanks for the welcome!

I can't wait to watch both teams. Sorry Lusogolf, USA all the way!

Welcome aboard T girl.  You are right USA all the way.

Honestly the European team is pretty strong, but they all want to live and be in America. Checkout his pants . They should have picked Paddy though he was worth a lot of points in 2010 they are gonna miss those :)

Looking forward to a great contest and as a totally unaligned supporter (though not unbiased) hope ot comes down to last match again.

Now .. that would be something.

Now, now Randy! We all know what a wonderful country you guys live in and we all love a bit of patriotism but I'm absolutely sure that they don't all want to live there as afterall home is home, however if they're willing to offer $5mil a week minimum only the foolish would stay away.

Like all sports to be the best you have to beat the best and traditionally the best tour and all the big tournamenets have been in the States.

Now ... if they were serious about creating a world tour ... but that's probably another discussion for later.

Regardless of who wins there will be a lot of drama and entertainment based on who has already been picked.

Randy, what I'm saying is stay at home and barely make a living / play for peanuts or go to the States and play for millions ... mmm ... don't think that qualifies or is anywhere near that they all want to live there though!

Floria has the best year around golf the world though, bar none, even though I wouldn't ever live there (too humid) and G-mac went to college here he owe's us.

Quick question, just read the wiki on Justin Rose. Why is he playing for the Euros, when he should be on the Internationals for the presidents cup ? He is from south Africa and lived there until he was 5 ?
