RORS ON FIRE ... AGAIN

  •

Short transition this week from Deutsche Bank to BMW and McIllroy has taken his electric form with him.

Great to also see all new FJ man Simpson starting strongly as well.

Looking like another stong showing from FJ this week.

    GO RORS and FJ!

Yeah, it is a great start with McIlroy, Van Pelt, Simpson and DeLaet tied at 8-under and Tiger one shot off the lead. Also a bunch of really good players within a few shots. Looking to be a very good tournament.

Nice post round chat with Rors and TW.. Thats good for golf!

  •

Rors could take a clean sweep the way he is playing.  $10million is certainly some good motovation at such a young age.

  •

that is good for Rory it is a good time to get on a hot streak

Very nice Run for Rory. TW was actually hitting it closer but missed one more putt. Tw could have had at least two hole in one's from what I saw with a little luck.

  •

Rors a bit scratchy today but scrambled well and one off lead after round 2 and looking good.

TW hot on his heels though.

Nice finish today for Rors and got into second last group tomorrow with Westwood but is going to have to light it up tomorrow to notch up another W.

    Go Rors.

Rory will get his second win of the Playoffs.  This is a most impressive stretch dating back to the PGA.  It is amazing how well he has done on Sunday over the stretch.

Great victory again.  Congrats Rory. (The 913 is making difference).

Playing great golf at the moment and on a massive roll.

There's only been one other in the last decade who has dominated like this in the big tournaments ... and he has been left in the wake like all the rest despite his best efforts.

Looking to see if he can finish strongly next week and then fire up the Euros for the Ryder Cup and then lastly complete the Race to Dubai double and emulate Luke Donald's effort of last year in topping both money lists.

He's had some year already and all these would be very thick icing on the cake.
