- Has the Tour ascertained through its own testing that this spray actually contains the banned substance?
- Is the Tour aware that minute quantities of the banned substance IGF-1 may be found in milk and beef?
- That the experts in this field generally hold to the conclusion that IGF-1 if not injected does not remain in the body?
Perhaps the Tour in taking these questions into consideration before ruling on Vijay's fate.
