MyJoys for Turkeys

MyJoys for Turkeys

  •

I helped my daughter with a project that she had for pre-school.  They were supposed to disguise their turkeys for Thanksgiving.  We decided that her turkey could be disguised as a golfer.  The clubs hide the feathers.  She designed the shield tips with a little help from me.  Thought I would share our turkey that my daughter named Valerie.  The MyJoys have "VAL" on them.   Some school projects are fun for parents.  :)

Very nice art work.  Looks like you have a little LPGA in training.

  •

Very nice!  I imagine that HAD to be a fun project for you, and that will surely be the best disguised turkey in the class!

Turning her from a soccer player into a golfer. Great fun had to have been had doing that project. Thanks for sharing.

This daughter hates soccer, so that was easy.  Having played and coached soccer at a decent level, it's tough for me to watch my kids play soccer.  I would rather them play golf.   And yes, this project was a good one.  Much easier than the math homework my 5th grader brings home.

Scott drew a Turkey with a Mullet.  Welcome to Memphis.

Looks like Dad (aka Scott) had a lot of fun with his...oops I mean his daughter's  pre-school project. lol. Very creative, although the hair looks more on the Bubba Watson style then a Mullet, especially with the visor !

  •

Timmy - I didn't draw the hair.  I just cut out the accessories.  My daughter was trying to draw a pony-tail and now you've made her cry.   I would say, per capita, Oklahoma has more mullets than Memphis.

    The turkey could be Phil?
