913D...Comments anyone?

Well boys, the fitting has made me a believer! Tested a ton of shaft/head combo's with a great guy and found the D2 with Aldila Phenom 60G 3.8 stiff to be the best fit. The club has an amazing feel, and based on launch angles and increased ball speed I am looking at 20-30 more yards over my R11. Have not placed the order yet, but it will be in the bag come Spring for sure.

If you have not been fit for a driver (or any club for that matter) before DO IT!!!!!! The best hour I have ever spent and was amazed at the differnce between set ups.

Not only is it the right thing to do, but I always enjoy the testing.  Its fun to play around with your swing and see the results on the screen.  Good luck Shaun and glad to hear you dailed it in for your game.

So my 913 D3 arrived last night. I was able to take it to the range this morning for about an hour. Temp was 43* kinda cold. For me it was love at first swing. I was hitting the ball much more consistent with a nice ball flight. The sound it makes is much different and to be honest I like it better. I had it shipped to me with the S+ Blueboard half inch longer in X flex. I really really like the driver and can't wait till Sunday to get it on the course.

Has anyone received or played theirs yet.  Wondering how it went for you.

Mine arrived this morning. Going out after work to put it though its paces.

Have mine, but we now have about 3" of snow on the ground. Maybe this weekend.

By the way the Diamana shaft it came with is great, look's like my AD DI will be on the bench for now.

Got fitted Saturdey and was shocked that the Diamana D+ was recommended, glad they're not using watered down Titleist shafts anymore! It's all the read-deal!

Picked my D3 up today, and went out this afternoon for nine holes with my club pro. Used the A1 setting as a starting point, hit 7/7 fairways, trajectory was a little low so we decided I needed to add .75 loft and see how that works. Loved the distance gain, control was great. I may have found a new mistress.

Guys, i hope that your Titleist retails do not get busted. The date that the 913 drivers were to be made available to retail customers is tomorrow! Seems that you were lucky enough to get them early.

Mine was a preorder from a fitting we had right after the FJAI.
