I understand why they are doing it but it's going to take forever to get to Ambassador status.  I just hope I don't get discouraged in the mean time.

don't think about it as an end goal.  come and enjoy the community.  if you're only here to reach Ambassador, you won't enjoy it as much and won't help lift the entire community.  being an Ambassador is a great perk, but was not my end goal.  i really enjoy the interactions with everyone here.  ambassador perks were just an added bonus.

Enjoy the ride and the results will come. Quality in your post should be the goal, not just getting to a #.

The motivation to continue to be part of the FJC has to be "more"..."Much More" than reaching status of FJA. Remember the reason of its existence is "community". To reach status means that the effort was provided and you probably enjoyed the discussions/comments and friendships.
