A Thank You to FootJoy Staff

    I just wanted a pass along a "Thank You" to the FootJoy Staff.  I received yesterday a letter along with pair of TechSof Socks as a token of appreciation for my continued patience and support of FootJoy.

    One of my orginial two orders of ICONs got caught in the early production system issues and wasn't available at that time.

    I have since re-ordered that shoe - which I hope to see sometime early December.

     

    So thanks again FootJoy and Kenny DeAlmeida.

    FJ is always a pleasure to deal with.  They go above and beyond to make things right and make sure your experience with the company is a positive one, for that, I tip my hat.

    +1. When I couldn't find the color spikes I wanted for my Dry-Joys, they sent me out a bag of like 20. I didn't even ask for them. I just expressed my disappointment on not being able to find the yellow and blue color I was looking for. FJ should offer a clinic on customer service.

    I can't agree more. FJ customer service is the best in the industry. It may even be the best customer service in the consumer market. They never leave a customer unhappy.
