AND THE GROUP GROWS

i'm ok with it, as i believe the direction it has followed is what the people at foot joy were expecting.  a little more new blood would be nice to see though.  i guess we'll have to be content with growth at it's own natural pace.

I"m fine with it as well eagle...wondering however other than the gift presented by FJ what will us Ambassadors be able to do to contribute to FJ and when will some of the other "perks" be coming our way...

When I mention perks I'm talking about demo'ing product, opportunities for product discounts...

It is up to them. They had mentioned product testing and being the first to get product info and products. As to discounts, I wouldn't have any idea, although it would be nice. Items for cost or cost plus a percentage (5 to 10 percent of cost) would be really nice. They aren't saying and they may be waiting to see how this communtiy grows.

Great to see all the support and I've noticed a couple new participants, hopefully we will continue to see more faces around here too and not just ambassadors.

Sounds good to me, I am also looking forward to such things.

I think that it's really come on with the core group much faster than FJ expected, but it's nice to see.  Given that it's in BETA, I think that we'll see the same core folks be the main contributors, with others coming slowly but surely over time if they haven't been exposed to the site yet.

Second, I'm with you Mondo. I really want to "demo" some stuff and send in feedback on specific items so others can get a better sense of the nuances of new products. We seem to be a very diverse and passionate group, so that can/should be leveraged by FJ (I hope).

eagle, where did you get the #18 from? It seems like more. I think the FJC is what FJ expected and the response to our concerns from FJ is more then I expected. I also think most of us who were here at the beginning, have become Ambassadors. I see fewer new members participating, but I'm sure this will change in time. 

I think its great to see how many new members are joinging and contributing to the board on a daily basis.  With the work of the current members here the board will continue to grow in the right direction

I added a profile picture yesterday. The ghost/halloween idea is a good one, if I had thought of it I would have waited until after Halloween to add a photo, lol.
