same manufacturer for most of your clubs?

same manufacturer for most of your clubs?

I know some people like to do this.  I do to a certain extent myself:

    Callaway woods, hybrids, irons

    Cleveland wedges

    Odyssey putter

    What about you guys/girls?

nuthin' wrong with a mixed bag, always play with where your confidence is strongest.

  •

I play a mixed bag. Adams driver, Mizuno irons Vokey wedges and a putter which looks like it was stolen from a miniature golf course

  •

All Titleist for the Woods, Hybrids and Irons. Vokey for the wedges and Cameron for the Putter. I guess I am just an Acushnet guy.....

  •

    Mr Clean:

    Callaway Golf Irons

Taylor Made Driver, 3, 5 metals

    Taylor Made 3 & 4 Hybrids

    Titleist Vokey Wedges (52-56)

Titleist Scotty Cameron Putter (Studio 5.0)

    I go with what works...

  •

I'm mostly a Titleist/Cameron/Vokey guy - all the way down to the bag and hat...maybe I should be paid :)  The only exception is that I do have a couple of TaylorMade hybrids in the bag.

    Irons: AP2 (9-3)
    Wedges: Vokey (48,52,56,60)
    Putter: Cameron

Duplicate post... sorry... any way to delete a post?  Might be an option to look into.

Cuurently. Callaway irons, Titleist  Vokey wedges (note this Kelly), TaylorMAde SuperQuad Driver. Adams Tighlies 3 wood, Offbrand 5  wood, and am working on buying a new putter so we will see. So far it  is between the Titleist and Callaway brands

Eagle my man, your gear looks similar. May I make a recommendation on a putter? As you see by my bag I have both Callaway and Titleist stuff, with a Scotty Cameron putter. Straight up I'll tell you a Scotty will cost you a couple hundred bucks. The pricing is not for the faint of heart. Go to a store and putt the heck out of them. Try them all out and see what you like.

I have used both Odyssey and Scotty putters. Both work fine... But my Studio 5.0 just looks so great and I have never played with anyone that had one. AND, if you get one, and step up and send it to the Custom Shop, you have have your gamer turn into "your" own putter, 100% custom.

I reiterate, by the time you are done, custom shop and putter all in, you're looking at $350-$400, maybe less if you go to e-bay and score. But it is SO worht it.

Taylor Made Burner driver, Taylor Made irons & hybrids, Callaway 3 wood, Cleveland CG12 wedges and Ping putter.

  •

Mizuno irons for me, but Titleist/Vokey/Cameron everything else.  Next year is probably the time to update the irons though, and I'm sure I'll go with either the new AP2 of the blend set.

  •

    Taylor Made woods/Hybrids

    Mizuno irons

    Cleveland wedges

    Ping putter

Titleist ball / Foot Joy shoes

ive been on Titleist staff for the last 7 years or so.  My 2 odd ball clubs are an old Cleveland 3 wood and an old TM Rescue.  I started playing golf in 1996 and my first new set of irons were the 96 DCI irons and I have been hooked ever since.  IMO Titleist has the strongest lineup top to bottom and there is no other company I would want to try.  Im also good friends with Scotty Cameron and Bob Vokey so there is no way im leavning those guys :)

Hey nick, if you feel comfortable answering, what do you do for a living?  Do you work in the golf industry?  Sounds like you have some pretty good friends! =)
