Back when I was a broke high school player I used to play with the NXT, good ball just not a Pro V, I have only played Pro Vs for a while now, I know some people who still play the NXT Tours and swear by them, I think its all about what feels best to you and how the ball works with your game.

My preference is ProV1x, which I switched to last year from the ProV1 as I was looking for a lower trajectory.

I love the feel of the ProV's around the green. I have a shag bag full of old ProV's. Started with about 50 that I bought on eBay and throw more in when they get too scuffed to play with.

Balls are one area I won't skimp. For those who only play them on "special" rounds, how can you stay consistent if you're not always playing the same ball?

I couldn't agree more MyFeetAreHappy, I am not one to switch balls ever. 

I just wish my club would be able to provide me with practice Pro V's when hitting on the range!  Oh the life of a tour pro.
