A while back we were all congratulating Justin Thomas for winning the Foot Joy AJGA event qualifying him to play in the Wyndham Championship as a 16 year old amateur.

I just read in an old Golfweek that Justin shot 65 on the first day, made the cut for the weekend and had the time of his life

Congratulations Justin, a well deserved accomplishment.

Congrats Justin. This had to be some experience for a 16 yr. old to participate in a tour event. To shoot a 65 and make the cut had to be the "topping on the cake".

It was great to see Justin play so well. Unfortunately due to weather delays they had a second cut which he missed by a shot or two. His dad was sending out daily emails with their experiences and they had a wonderful time, except the second cut.
