I haven't seen a way to do it unless you mark the posting when you start a new post. It is at the bottom and all youhave to do is delete the check mark. That way you at least eliminate that response. Otherwise the only way I know of is to unsubscribe from the posting at the top.

Also, I  had just finished looking  at Scotty Cameron putterson line and when I replied to that post.  I must  have used that name instead of Vokey. This stuff happens. At my age they call it aSENIOR MOMENT. Sorry about the error. Better read the post more carefully next time.

Just giving you a hard time eagle!  No biggie, I do things like that all the time.  I unfortunately don't have any excuse though!

As far as the marking the post, I know you can do that, and I do it, but I am looking to see if there is a way to stop receiving the "your post has been approved" emails.  Even when I click "don't email me replies to this post" I still get the approval messages.  Just hoping there is a way to get rid of those!

Is there any way to not receive emails after you post to a forum topic?  I know you send the emails to let us know our post was approved, but is there any way to opt out of receiving those?  I want to receive messages from FJ but just not everytime I post to a topic.

I CLICK UNSCRIBE TO FORUM. STILL GET THE NOTICE FROM FOOTJOY JUST NOT EVERYONE ELSE OR AT LEAST I THINK THAT'S WHAT DOES IT

I think bholley is correct, go into your profile and click on the unsubscribe to email and you won't receive any...

Yes you can unsubscribe but there is also a box that says send replies to posting that is checked by default.  Just uncheck it before your post.

When I reply, the only options I see are a box that says "Post" and right next to it a check box that is checked saying "Refresh Page", no mention of saying send replies to posting?

I do understand you can unsubscribe, but I'm looking to not receive any messages after I post something and it is approved by the moderators.

I think Mike may understand what I am looking for.  I look forward to any information provided though.
