New Golf Pride Grips - Do You Like Them?

  •

I switched to the VDRs because the combos were tearing up my hands: they would crack abd bleed during rounds and range sessions. The switch has been good so far, much easier on my hands. I would rock those colors but not sure the grip itself is good for me.

I waited patiently for these to arrive after seeing them on FB. Sadly, there weren't what I expected. Loud and colorful, yes. BUt they just didn't feel rigth for me. I have used the New Decade Multi-Compund for a while, but they wear pretty quick and wripped on my hands a bit.

So I have been using the GP Tour Wrap in all white. They wear great, and I got over 100 rounds out of the ones last year. Just some soap and water and they were like new. So that's what I am using....

I like the colors in the offering, but it will be hard for me to switch away from the Tour Velvet Cords. Grips are such a personal choice. You need to use what you like and performs the best for you.

Colors are okay, but don't care for the extra details on them.  Wished they would have plain colored ones.

I bought the Orange one for my gap wedge.  It has been great so far.  Waiting to see how long it lasts.

I also picked up the White/Green Multi compound.  It has the Masters look.

i'm thinking about going with these on my clubs this year.  i've used lamkin crosslines the last few years, any idea how they compare?

Yeah, would use these for sure.

Was ... pretty conservative but have been using Cobra AMP irons for the past few months and love the orange grips and not really sure I could go back to standard/black now.

Too loud for my liking.  Sometimes I like loud, this isn't one of those caes.  Now I'm also not one to entirely write something off.  If I had these in my hands and they felt great - I'd go with them.

I have two in play right now.  They are really a great grip so far.  Plenty tacky (like a few members wardrobes)
