I am looking for a good rain suit. FJ has several. Anyone here used one.. I would like to hear what you think about them, and which one to choose. I am looking for comfort, style, and staying dry.

    Thanks in advance

Tour Collection stuff is great. The pants are pretty warm, I often use mine over shorts during early mornings. Short or long sleeve is personal choice, I have a couple of each.

Ditto to 19hole...I have a couple and prefer the short sleeve for mild rain, but long sleeve for the big downpour or when it's cold...

Have to agree with 19, the Tour Collection will keep you dry and looking stylish for sure. I am personally a s/s guy when it comes to the tops, but plenty of options in both to make you happy.

Senior, the FJ stuff is wonderful (of course).

Depending on how warm you like to be, the lightweight rain parts are quite nice and work well in all but the big downpours. As Rick says, if you wan't optimal warmth and hurricane condition protection, a tour collection is the way to go.

I think the Tour collection is the way to go.  All the options you would want.  s/s shirt is my go to with the layering system underneath.

The Premiere pants are awesome. Had them on yesterday morning.

tour collection is the best one out there

I agree, the Tour Collection is great, I have long and short sleeve tops depending on the conditions, and the pants are awsome, as TH said the lightweight pieces do great too in light rain/wind.  Bottem line you won't be disappointed whatever direction you go as long as its FJ

i have a tour collection jacket that i wear all of the time.  with a sweater or sweatshirt underneath, it's warm enough for me to wear during PA winters.  and it will keep you dry.  i wore it during some heavy downpours and was bone dry under.  i also have some premiere rain pants, but really haven't worn them enough to review them, but everyone i've talked to loves them.

Tour Collection all the way!  I have a jacket and pants.  Would not think twice about investing in the Tour Collection!

Senior you can't go wrong with FJ. Durable  is the word.  I have a long sleeve that is 13 years old. Still looks great and works like a champ. Also have a heavy pair and a lite pair rain pants.  The heavy for winter play I have had for over 15 years. Just can't beat this stuff.

I prefer the lightweight set, myself, because keeping warm is not usually much of an issue.  I do have the Tour Collection short-sleeve rain shirt I got at Brockton last fall, but haven't worn it much yet because of the temperatures we've been having.  This week, though, I think that's about to change.

SeniorGolfer, I don't know if you purchased anything yet, but the Footjoy Premiere Rain Jacket and pants is THE BEST, period and are available at substantially reduced pricing on ebay and some other sites. I purchased one this past winter and used it for the second time today, in solid 50 degree drizzle/rain but was warm and dry to the end.

I also wore my Premiere pants on Sunday evening when clouds and wind rolled in.  Kept me very dry and warm.
