Hard to go wrong with the ProDry Extremes, they are sooooo comfortable.

Looks like I may have to add some Pro Dry Extreme tube socks to the drawer.

I AM NOW CONFUSED ABOUT WHICH FOOTJOY GOLF SOCKS TO BUY.  ARE THE TECHSOF SOCKS THAT MUCH BETTER THAN THE PRO DRY EXTREME SOCK TO JUSTIFY SPENDING THE EXTRA BUCKS ON THE TECHSOF?

Hi there Bruce --

You made a very good choice with the PDE socks.  These are still the socks I "game" for work ... comfortable and breathable.  Many people here have made the move to TechSof.  The main differences are -

1.  Anatomically shaped left and right socks.  Might seem strange at first, but it's done for the exact same reason it's done for shoes. 

2.  Breathability is enhanced on TechSof through the use of a mesh on the top of the sock.

3.  Support is bolstered with the use additional elasticized material through the midfoot arch area.

Hope this helps for future reference.   If you wear short socks in the summer, you may want to try a pair of TechSof sport cut and see if you like the fit for every day wear.
