Glove is off for putting and on everywhere else. Just like the feel of the grip without it on while putting.
Appreciate everyones comments. I will keep experimenting but so far I seem to like it off for putting. Although in the heat and all wet its hard to get off and on. I will be trying it off for some shots around the green as well.
