well, deno, considering i spent HUNDREDS of $$$ to get these pants,jacket and a rain shirt, i would have expected them to match.. no doubt customer service has been top notch!! but after many emails and phone conversations, i have learned that there is a dye variation between these items i got. there is nothing that can be done until FJ decides if they want to correct it or not.. as i am told,, these are not made to a "suit'..
to the poster above who claims his black matches perfect,, i highly doubt he has the same jacket AND pants i posted i got in the original post..as i was told by FJ,, that the style numbers i have do not match..they sent 2 sets of these and both have color variations..
so yes,, my initial wtf was meant as you think it did.. has nothing to do with customer service, it is just disappointing that i spent so much money on these items only to find out that it is a manufacturing issue. and whether it gets resolved or not is still up in the air..
fj customer service has been great!! for sure!!! i just posted this to get more input to see if anyone else was experiencing the same problem i did.. was told by cs, that i was pretty much the first person to discover this..just my luck!!
