I don't like carrying too much stuff in my bag as I generally carry.  While the weather here in Michigan changes a lot, I make sure I have just enough to get me to the car in the event the weather becomes significantly worse than expected.

Once there, I have a full range of FJ apparel, accessories and gloves to get me through the rest of the round.

I just keep the stuff in my locker or car and put it into my bag on days it looks like I might need it.

I have a trunk mate organizer in my car. I keep rain gear, extra gloves, etc. in here. According to the weather reports, or what it looks like, because you know those weather reports, I put the appropriate gear in my bag. 

keep a s/s pullover and l/s pullover in my bag. Currently don't own any rain pants but am thinking of getting a pair.
