Masters Fashions; From NASCAR to the beachcomber

Seems our fashion guru from Golf magazine, Woody Hochswender, registered in on our thinking of the fashions at this years Masters. A couple of our targets (Poulter, Moore) are discussed, plus a couple others (Westwood, Mickelson, Couples) we didn't cover. Some similarities to our overall conversation that I thought you would all enjoy.

    Tar Heel,

thanks for the web site - pretty interesting read -  hope the beach is fun and the weather is good.  maybe the pollen won't be as bad as it was when we where down a few weeks ago.

    Go HOKIES

I know that Phil has custom made Tom Ford shirts, which begs the question -- if they are custom made, why don't they fit him better? He needs about a half-inch more width around the chest. To me, he always looks as if the shirt is too snug around his chest, and as a result, kind of sits too high from the chest to the neck.

this begs the question... are spikeless shoes easier on the back?  Wonder if FJ has done any research pertaining to this.

Thank you golfchick! I completely agree with you about Phil. That is why the black shirts look better on him. More slimming.

As Far as the NASCAR look goes... do these guys really need to make that much money. Why does the man want to look like a UPS driver? You really have to watch the color of your shirts with that logo!

Phil could get a better fit buying off the rack or that matter he could shop at Goodwill and get better fitting shirts (not only too tight but the sleeves are too short also).

    GOOD POST TAR HEEL.

I WONDER IF ANY OF THE PROS DRESS LIKE THEY DO BECAUSE OF ANY REASON OTHER THAN LOOKS AND COMFORT?

THAT WOULD BE A NEAT LOCKER ROOM CHAT TOPIC.
