Wednesday was the final practice day at Bethpage before the competition really begins on Thursday. And apparently that's not all that begins on Thursday. Word is rain will be the story this entire week

Onsite Wednesday at the U.S. Open

For those that are relatively new to the Golfing world, I found it intteresting that you never mention in your post about Bethpage where it is located. Remember, not everyone has been around golf forever, so a location is always helpful. Great article, but location helps people learn where the various courses are at. Even the sign in the photo doesn’t show what state Bethpage is in, and there are a number of places with that name in different states.
