With no Golf in the Olympics until 2016 you may be wondering what this post is all about, but it seems some Olympians have found other ways to trust the performance of FJ gloves to excel on an Olympic level.
Gold medal winning cyclist from Great Britain, Victoria Pendleton opts for WeatherSof to keep control of her bike.
Hakan Dahlby of Sweden, opts for SciFlex to steady his shot in the trap shooting events, which he won silver.
Scott Piercy won the Canadian Open with a final round 67 to edge fellow FJ Ambassador Robert Garrigus by one. Piercy began the week with an eight under par 62 to take the early clubhouse lead; but with much work still left to do, he added a pair of 67's over the next two days to remain in contention.
Now on the final day, two strokes behind 54 hole leader Garrigus, Piercy (FJ ICON and StaSof) rattled off four birdies through the first five holes to leap into contention. Piercy cooled towards the middle of his round before adding a chip in birdie at the 15 hole to reach 17 under par. Parring in, Piercy had to wait and watch his competitors try to match his 17 under total.
No player could catch the total, making Piercy the 2012 RBC Canadian Open Champion. This is Piercy's second career win and the victory moves him to 13th on the FedEx Cup leaderboard.

Scott Stallings shot a tournament record 24-under par 264 to win the True South Classic at Annandale GC in Madison, Mississippi. Over the second and third rounds, Stallings raced to the top of the leaderboard with back-to-back bogey free 8-under par 64's. The pair of 64's gave him a one stroke lead over fellow FJ Staffer Billy Horschel heading into the final day of competition.
Stallings, in FJ Sport and Pure Touch Limited, played steady and methodical golf during his final round, making pars and picking up birdies where he could. Then with the tournament on the line, Stallings made birdies on 16 and 17 to take a two shot lead into the final hole. Stallings calmly made par at the last to add a second PGA Tour victory to his resume.
Stallings stated post round of his second career win, "Anytime you win on the PGA TOUR it's special. A lot of things and people went into winning this tournament and I'm very thankful."

Zach Johnson is no stranger to winning on the PGA Tour and this weekend the former Master's Champion added another to his victory total with a win at the John Deere Classic.
Johnson, in DryJoys Tour and StaSof, fired a final round six under par 65 to jump in front of 54 hole leader Troy Matteson. Now two strokes back with two to play, Matteson (DryJoys Tour) jarred a 60 foot eagle putt to tie the Johnson's clubhouse lead at 20 under par. Making par on the last, the two players would head back on the course for a sudden death playoff.
On the first playoff hole both players exchanged head scratching double bogeys and headed back to the 18th tee for the third time today. This time Johnson rifled his 190 yard fairway bunker approach to within a foot of the cup. Matteson needed more late day heroics to have any chance to extend the playoff but missed his birdie bid giving Zach a tap in for the victory. Johnson converted the tap in making him the 2012 John Deer Classic Champion.
Zach later stated of his clutch playoff approach shot, “I think we’re stating the obvious...That was my shot of the week.”
This is Zach's ninth win on the PGA Tour and second of the season. The win also moves Zach to second in the FedEx Cup standings.
