We are all excited the new is up and running. One of the biggest proponents of adding this feature was Jim Connor, President of FootJoy. We will be adding periodic features with Jim and many other FootJoy staffers to give you a closer look at the brand. Enjoy!

Spring is here and golf's first major is upon us. Players have made the historic drive from Washington Road to Magnolia Lane and are ready to tee it up. And just as the best players in the world have prepared their games, FootJoy has prepared some slick styles especially for Augusta. The patterns may look familiar, but we've incorporated a special green that will let our FJ players feel right at home on arguably the most hallowed grounds in golf. While it's never a guarantee if or when they'll wear these in competition, keep an eye out for many FootJoy players sporting special green and white shoes during the year's first major. Check the names on the shoe tags to get an idea of who you might see wearing these beauties. We've also got some nice MyJoys (green and white, of course) making the trip to the Masters. Be sure to visit that slideshow on the blog as well.

We wanted to give you a glimpse of some sweet MyJoys that made the trip to Augusta this year. Featuring the new DryJoys Tech and DryJoys Traditional styles, these beauties proudly display the green smooth #434 saddle color in honor of the season's first major and will surely stand out in the huge crowd that annually gathers among the pine trees and azaleas. Similar to the cool Classics we shipped down to Georgia, it's never guaranteed the players will wear these in competition, but click on the link or image below to find out which of your favorite players could be wearing these shoes at Augusta. And while you're here on the new blog getting in the mood for the Masters, be sure to check out the slideshow featuring custom Classics being made for Adam Scot, Ian Poulter and Camilo Villegas.
