Conditions at East Lake kept scores low once again during round two. More than half the field will begin the weekend within five shots of the lead and, with Saturday's third round pushed up due to inclement weather forecasted for the afternoon, you can be sure there's plenty of drama to come. Click on the image below to hear from Padraig Harrington (SYNR-G style #53918) who compared the atmosphere and course conditions to a major championship and sits just one shot off the lead following a second round 1-under 69.
TW is not as impressive as he has been in the past. He looks like he may be struggling a bit. We'll see what happens in round 3, but I still hope Stricker can make up some ground and give TW a run for the money.
Keep up the great recaps Chris. They are well done
It's interesting to hear a players thoughts on the conditions they play under. And also what they think of adjusting starting times due to weather conditions.
The final is in and Phil surpprised everyone with a great showing. That had to be one of the best tour events of the year. Right down to the wire and it had everyone guessing. And FJ was there with a majority of players in some form or another.
Imagine what that says to other companies who try to compete with FootJoy. What great advertising.
Thanks for the recaps i have not had a chance to watch the highlits on the golf channel.com thanks
