How It Works

As you engage the system, the mechanical reel, steel laces, and nylon guides evenly pull across the instep, closing in the shoe collar, drawing the foot down and back into the heel for a secure, comfortable and consistent fit from the first tee to the 18th green.

  • Boa® Dial

    The Boa lace is threaded along nylon guides, then affixed to an internal spool beneath the Boa dial. By turning the dial, wearers wind the stretch-free lace into the spool to evenly and securely tighten or loosen the fit of the shoe. The new high-open force dial ensures your fit will stay locked in place through the entire round and offers infinite degrees of near-instant fine tuning.

  • Boa Nylon Lace Guides

    Field-tested, high-strength nylon is used to construct guides for the Boa lace. These guides ensure a consistent closure to match your individual foot for the perfect, supportive and pressure point free fit every time.

  • Boa Steel Lace

    The lace is constructed with aircraft-grade stainless steel, woven together in small bundles and compressed to ensure durable, smooth closure. It may be jacketed by an abrasion-resistant, low-friction polymer. Gram for gram, the lace is stronger than tank armor.
