Zach Johnson shot a closing 6-under 64 Sunday to win the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial by three shots. Zach earned his seventh career PGA Tour victory and the first for the new FJ SPORT golf shoe. FJ SPORT is designed and developed for the player seeking bold, athletic-inspired performance golf shoes. Utilizing striking patterns and color, FJ SPORT integrates proven performance attributes and premium materials. Zach wore FJ SPORT style #53102 and a StaSof glove during his most recent victory. With a 21-under 259 total, Zach not only set a new tournament record, but recorded the lowest four-round total on the PGA Tour since FJ player Geoff Ogilvy won the season-opening SBS Championship at 22-under 270. With storms surrounding the golf course all day Sunday, Zach endured several weather delays to earn the coveted plaid jacket. Johnson's clinching shot at the 381-yard 17th was his fifth birdie on the back nine. Three of those birdies came on putts of at least 22 feet in a four-hole stretch. He took the lead for good when he drained the longest of the three, a 25-footer at the 427-yard 15th hole soon after the initial weather delay."I love it. There's a reason I love playing here and keep coming back," Johnson said. "The course does suit me as far as shot-making. I just feel honored."

Hunter Mahan won the Waste Management Phoenix Open for his second PGA TOUR title Sunday, closing with a second consecutive bogey-free 6-under 65 to come from four strokes down. He becomes the seventh player in the season's first nine events to win wearing FootJoy golf shoes and the second consecutive to win wearing FJ ICON MyJoys. Hunter also relied on a StaSof glove. The 27-year-old Mahan had an eagle and a pair of birdies in a late four-hole span Sunday to finish at 16-under 268. Since winning the 2007 Travelers Championship, Mahan has continued to improve each year. He played on the 2008 Ryder Cup team and had six top-10s in 2009, including a runner-up finish at the AT&T National."It's just finding a way to win. I just haven't been able to do it," he said. "So obviously it feels great to get off the year on my fifth tournament to win. It gives me a lot of confidence in myself that I'm doing the right things in my game, and it feels great, it really does."The shot of the tournament for Mahan came at the par-5 13th when he hit his second shot from 250 yards to within seven feet and made the eagle putt to reach 14-under par. His 18-foot birdie putt on the par-4 14th moved him into the lead and then the clincher came at the notorious 16th, the par 3 surrounded by bleachers filled with noisy, irreverent fans who cheer and boo with equal enthusiasm.Mahan's tee shot caught the edge of the green and he made the subsequent 14-foot putt to regain the lead at 16 under and he would never look back.** During the 2010 PGA Tour season, when FJ WINS, YOU WIN. Ryan Palmer (FJ ICON style #52005, SciFlex glove) nearly chipped in for eagle on the 72nd hole but left himself just a tap-in for birdie and the win at the Sony Open in Hawaii. Palmer was tied for the lead on the 18th and after both competitor's left their tee shots in the right rough it was a battle to see who would get up-and-down, or better, for the win. Palmer's challenger chipped to about 9 feet from behind the green and then watched as Palmer's chip raced towards the hole, hit the flag stick and backed up just a few inches.
“Lucky bounce,” Palmer said. “It was probably going to go by 7 or 8
feet. I still hit a good chip. You need things like that to win.”
For Palmer, who finished with a 15-under 265 total, it was his third career victory and first since the 2008 Ginn sur Mer Classic. It gives the 33-year-old Texan exemption on the PGA Tour through
